Position Overview:
The Stylist/Store Clerk is responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and an innate ability to understand and cater to individual style preferences. They will engage with customers, provide styling advice, and ensure the store is well-maintained and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet and engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming store environment.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to offer tailored styling advice.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.

Sales & Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated with the latest Bogart Man collections, trends, and styling techniques.
• Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions by providing detailed product knowledge.
• Contribute to store sales goals by utilizing effective selling techniques.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure products are well-organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking items and conducting periodic inventory checks.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the store team to achieve daily operational goals.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and store events.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager regarding customer preferences, trends, and potential areas of improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• A genuine interest in fashion and styling.
