Who Can Enter?
This contest is open to all entrepreneurs, educators, and leaders who are currently managing a running business, non-profit organisation, or educational institution. We are looking for compelling stories of growth, challenge, and aspiration.
How to Participate:
1. Create a Video Submission:
- Record a video telling us about your organisation, the work you do, the challenges you’ve faced, and how the #PassTheBogartHat grant could help you overcome these challenges and scale your efforts.
- Your video should be inspirational, informative, and a true representation of your passion and commitment.
2. Post Your Video on Social Media:
- Share your video on one or more of your social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Use the hashtag #PassTheBogartHat and tag our official Bogart Man social media profiles in your post.
3. Submit Your Entry:
- Below, you’ll find a submission form where you can enter your organisation’s details and paste the link(s) to your video(s) posted on social media.
- Ensure all fields are filled correctly to validate your entry.
What’s Next?
After submissions close on 15 July 2024, our panel will review all entries and select the most inspiring story. The winner will be announced in August 2024, Date to be confirmed, and will receive a comprehensive support package tailored to their needs, including financial aid, publicity support, and expert consultancy to take their initiative to the next level.

Terms and Conditions for the #PassTheBogartHat Campaign
1. Eligibility:This contest is open to all owners and representatives of existing businesses, non-profit organizations (NPOs), and educational institutions.Participants must prove that their business or organization is currently operational and has been in existence for at least six months prior to the entry date.Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, or if under 18, have parental or guardian consent to participate.Employees of Bogart Man, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this campaign are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:No purchase necessary to enter or win.To enter, participants must submit a video as detailed on the campaign entry page, post it to one or more of their social media accounts, and fill out the campaign entry form with the required information, including a link to the social media post.Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Bogart Man.
3. Campaign Period:Entries will be accepted online starting from 15 May 2024 and ending on [end date].
All online entries must be received by 15 July 2024.
4. Prizes:The winner(s) of the campaign (the "Winner") will receive business development, which may include financial aid, products, and/or services relevant to supporting and growing their business or organization, there will be no value placed on this, only upon assessment will we establish the needs of the business/organisation.The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Bogart Man. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Bogart Man's discretion.The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Bogart Man to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5. Odds:The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection and Notification:Winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Bogart Man under the criteria set forth on the campaign page.Winner will be notified by email and/or phone call within five (5) days following selection. Bogart Man shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
7. Terms & General Conditions:Bogart Man reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Bogart Man's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the campaign.Bogart Man reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
