Lourine Kashumba started working at Bogart man in November 2011. She currently fills the position as office administrator in the accounts department at head office. She is super passionate about her work and believes in the power of team work.
Q1: As a female working for Bogart what have you learnt and what does it feel like working in an environment full of men?
I have come to realise that the men’s style is constantly evolving, so as a woman I would say confidence and compassion are important to be successful in a male dominated industry.

At Bogart we have the ability to synergize and put all our efforts together to achieve one goal which leads to the success of the business.

The Bogart team embodies values such as hard work, honesty, integrity and creativity. Everyone at Bogart has a passion for what they do and it spills over to the way products are made and designed.
Q4: What is the best part about being a part of this team and organization?
The best part is that as a Bogart family we were able to sail through hardships and difficult economic conditions together as a team and the fact that management rewards employees now and again for their hard work.
