Silence Pindura joined the Bogart team in 2011 as an admin assistant. Since then Silence has taken over the role of administration manager and is currently the personal assistant to the Bogart CEO. Her role as personal assistant involves freeing up the CEO’s time from organizing administrative tasks so that he can spend his valuable time on strategic management and tasks. Q1: As a female working for Bogart what have you learnt and what does it feel like working in an environment full of men?
As a female working in a male dominant environment at Bogart Man I have realized that nothing is impossible as long you concentrate on the vision of the company and focus on achieving its goals. Working for Bogart feels like my second home were everyone has mutual respect for one another.
Q2: What, in your opinion, makes Bogart’s team a force to be reckoned with?
Our team presents a strong and united force because we are all passionate and hardworking. When you have both elements in your team you start leading the way.
Q3: What values do you think the Bogart team embodies?
The Bogart team exemplifies commitment, initiative and dependability. We can all depend on each other and we are all committed to growing the Bogart brand.
Q4: What is the best part about being a part of this team and organization?
I would say the best part of being part of the Bogart team is being the CEO’s right-hand person!! It is challenging at times but very exciting for the most part.
